This is one of the first official rosé Proseccos to be released since the Consorzio Tutela del Prosecco approved the use of the word rosé in conjunction with Prosecco. With 10-15% Pinot Noir to give it color, it is a pretty little wine that will charm any rosé lover. The nose offers pretty, bright, lively fruit reminiscent of raspberry and rhubarb custards with a hint of peach blossom and acacia honey. On the palate it is full of fresh fruit with a hint of candy floss and a fresh, dry finish. A delightful aperitif.
